The bible in Isaiah 26:3 tells us...." Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." One excellent way of keeping our mind on Him ( God Almighty) is to sing praises like this song personally to Him. And in doing so, the person who worships God in spirit and truth will experience the perfect peace of God regardless of his/her external circumstances. This is the beautiful promise of God to his children who believe in His word. amen amen
