That is a poor laughable line of defense for the so-called 'Ultimate Cheap Shotokan Character' (Akuma) in the same game.

The AI Akuma may have deliberate exploitable patterns, but, it is still admirable to see a very slow character with very few combos defeat it.

Start out on Ryu, wait for one second. Move to T. Hawk. Wait 1. Move to Guile. Wait 1. Move to Cammy. Wait 1. Back to Ryu. Press start and three punch buttons ALMOST at the same time. Three punch comes immediately after start. Same with player two, except start with Ken for 1 sec.

yea but you cant unlock shin akuma (the one with double air fireballs) only on the dreamcast you can... it involves unlocking this secret menu by beating the game with all characters, super and super turbo modes
