Apparently it doesn't get dirty at all! My friend has one and the white leather on the back is clean as new! Haha, it's a shame I told my parents I wanted the black one for Christmas, they already probably bough it. Anyway, this looks pretty and I only know one person who has this, quite original.

the 9700 is a good phone, but by the time you're 14 the 9780 will be out and Blackberry are more than likely to release a white version of the 9780.

I had a black one, was nice. But when I got home I found the keyboard layout was French. So took it back to get an English keyboard one (QWERTY) and they only had it in white. Gotta admit I find the white one pretty damn good looking, even the case included is better than the one that came with the black 9700.

@jparsol123 it sometimes happen with mine. there's a soft reset button thing by taking out the batter pack and putting it back in. it normally works but if a text has a lot of messages from a person it will glitch your phone in the texting area. i really love my blackberry bold white. it looks so much classier than this video lol. loveee my blackberry. everyone wants the same phone as mine, a white one too :D

The white is beautiful, keyboards amazing, love the screen, nice apps for what I need, this phone looks sharp and stylish everything I could ever want. Def better than my Iphone 3G. I would recommend this phone to everyone of all ages about 13 for sure

It's the best mobile ever. I reccomend it to everyone and anyone. At first the blackberry was slightly complicated, but i loved the fact i had to figure it out on my own. It just added to the quality. Also with it being white or should i say Pearl gives it that touch of class. And being an Iphone fan i now have been converted. Best mobile ever.

8530 is cheap stuff, the colouration across the screen gives such a bad look and personally its keybad is not like the old curve phones

I would go witht the bold 9700 upon holding it in ur hands, u say "wow, never new a phone cud be this sexy"

Internet has improved and also there is a new OS under development that is only for 9700, storm, storm 2 and newer phones, so to get that feature u wud wanna get 9700
