Your suppose to do this test in the dark, that is what adrenal gland book tells me... try that and see what happens...

lol thats the most unreliable test ever... since pupils are supposed to dilate and flutter because it changes with every thought you have...

for example you are on the beach... your pupil will be small, when you see a beautiful girl they will dilate, when you think about ´certain things´ will dilate more, but then you think about your fat girlfriend they will get smaller again.. and then some fat guy in a thong comes along they will get really small...

How is this related to anxiety and what is the cause/treatment? I noticed this during panic attacks. I went through a nightmare of panic attacks 6 years ago, ended up getting divorced, couldn't hold a job because of anxiety/panic. Today I take clonazepam and have been for the past 4 years. I notice when I feel anxious my pupils will flutter rapidly, it freaked me out at first. I asked my eye doctor and she didnt even know what it is, neither did my regular doctor or psychologist......
