  • That is a great peace of work. Hilarious. Simply well done.

  • Totally hilarious and fun! I do love the shop though, as its favorite unofficial part-timer :P Great job! Towers Mall's parking lot will never be the same! :D

  • You people rock. I can't believe that a commercial for fun and laughs gets such a critical response from some people. Why don't you just accept it for what it is? Light hearted and a memory from the hippie generation. Keep up the great advertising and I will always come to Towers shopping at A Little Bit Hippy.

  • I think the video ad is a riot! Very funny and orginal. Who cares if some people don't get it? Plenty of us old/new age hippies will. There will always be those who just can't help voicing their negativity. I hope you make another ad in the future. I've only been in Roanoke a couple years but I will definitely have to stop into A Little Bit Hippy now! :-))

  • Cute commercial!! We enjoy your shops and the fun employees who work at them... Even though we aren't "hippies" we always find great stuff when shopping at your place..Keep up the great work!!! And DON'T FEED THE TROLL !!!

  • Yeah, it cost to advertise. Too bad we couldn't have been completely naked. More money that way! Right??

Ah, you might want to use spell check on the "hale" and "allmighty". And actually "your". well, I'll help you out. It's hail, almighty and you're.

  • Come on. Is. that the best you can do? Getting on me about my spelling.

  • Just another lame ad. You could do much better! I guess your like evryone else nudity sells. Hale to the allmighty dollar.

  • This is the most amusing commercial I've seen in a long while...It's groovy! Thank you JERRY much!

  • cqrs/wannabe - What's the problem? It's GREAT! Not only is this creative but it shows there are still people out there who enjoy life and enjoy making use smile. Keep your wet blanket for your thumb sucking.

  • That says it all, the cool people know where to shop & HOW to dress! If you know anything about Roanoke, VA, this is Towers MALL. A Little Bit Hippy is THE Place to go for concert Ts, great incense & so much more! Get over your Jerry hang ups, guy, there's plenty of hippies left to carry on...

  • Quick! Notify the designers of Towers Shopping Center that it's actually a mall because, well, people say "Towers Mall," right? Oh, and have them take down the sign reading "Towers Shopping Center," because, even though it's technically correct (in that most shops are not accessible from a central access - as in a MALL), public inarticulation holds sway over architectural accuracy. "Hey, man!"

  • I think its hilarious. Some people are just too serious...

  • Well, 2 of us are under 25, one under 21, if age matters. How "original"- the "Jerry's dead" comment. Geez. And, Four "A Little Bit Hippy" stores are being supported very well, and have been over 7 yrs.

And yes, it IS a mall.

Think it might be you that's a little "lame"!!!

  • YOU GO GIRL !!!

  • Pretty lame. Aren't you folks a little old to be playing hippies? Hippiedom died in 1973. Jerry's dead. Get over it.

    PS: It's not a "Mall," it's a SHOPPING CENTER.

  • Do you really know what you're talking about ???

    It sounds more like rambling.

  • The hippie era was part of the New Age Movement, which is about enlightenment, tolerance, peace, & unconditional love. The New Age Movement is about awareness rather than clothing or material things. Some people dress in the hippie style as an outward expression of their interest in this movement. I applaud A Little Bit Hippy for encouraging people to be a part of this movement.

  • The "New Age Movement" was about delusion. The "Hippie Era" was about staying stoned, not bathing, not being employed, "unconditional" sharing of communicable diseases, and saying "Hey, man!" far too often. Oh, and being "anti-establishment" and "anti-commercialism"...at least until middle age, when the joys of corporate power, stock options and a new Lexus in the driveway becomes enticing.

And, no, architecturally speaking, Towers is a SHOPPING CENTER.

    Neo hippies. How sad.

  • The New Age movement is still going on, stronger than ever.

There is a lot of truth to what you said about the hippies. Probably most of them had no clue as to what their era was really about; they got too caught up in the outer displays of what was meant to be a change in social consciousness. I guess they believed that drugs were inducing in them a transcendental awareness, when in fact they were having the opposite effect.

  • Isn't it fun ? Only in America a fun commercial can be turned into a political forum.

If I can, maybe this will clarify the location of the stores. Architecturally speaking, Towers is a SHOPPING CENTER [the complex], where the stores are located is inside. The entrance doors to this area are clearly marked "Towers Mall" since it is an enclosed section of the shopping center housing many independent businesses.

  • Thank you! I am thinking the same. Some people are afraid to move on. I guess their afraid of whats out there.

  • So...Get over it, it's just a fun commercial. Take your political judgments and closed minded, bigoted, jealous statements to a site where they really give a crap.
