In fact these are only little evidences that something is going on, very far from explaining the freak itself.

There the videoclip evidences how the warm of the hand doesn't affect the movement of the wheel, sice it is shielded byt he paper.

Funny experiment. further investigation will be done.

The point is that this freak only happens if the paper has that specific shape.

I cannot exclude that very light air movements could be somewhat directed in the circular barrier.

Nor that the paper creates gradient itself, or other factors interfered.
