I love the sound of paper rustling and plastic bags or cellophane crinkling...so relaxing! I've always thought I was crazy for liking these sounds,and that nobody would understand my reason for liking them. Well,thanks to youtube,I've found that not only am I NOT crazy,but I'm also not alone. Many more people than I EVER expected enjoy these ASMR triggers! Oh,yeah,I also never knew there was an actual scientific name for those tinglies and shivers I feel whenever I hear bags,wrappers,paper,etc!
