  • 法律的邏輯思維會隨著人類的進步而變遷，資深法官如果不能與時俱­進，只會倚老賣老用學長身份壓制學弟妹，往往就會作出與社會脫節­的裁判。

    何況如果個人的生活無法享受寂寞，那枉法裁判故意曲解法律，作出­不適當的裁判就不無可能，最近高院法官被收押即是一例。
