@YGONetwork i also thought this when i stard basket ball, but it's because you're supposed to keep your head up (not looking at the ball) this helps to control the ball. basically, what you're doing in these drills is learning hand-eye co-ordination. to be able to control the ball with your hands in fast plays is a very useful skill. try combining these drills with the illinois test. :)
