I babysat two little boys back in 1984 and 1985.. we watched Pinwheel constantly!. Loved Chapi Chapo, and Bunny in the Suitcase! Hattytown looked pretty neato, but it was kinda boring. Picture Pages was also a highlight of the morning. Great times! Oh, and Paddington Bear was a favorite too.
I think I've watched too many of these chapi chapo clips, my dog who always sits in my lap when I'm on the laptop just gave me a dirty look then got up and left O.O

I used to watch this cartoon 20 years ago on Nickelodeon. Seeing it again is like the other day when my dead grandmother came to visit . . . exciting but as well quite creepy!
