A hit and run comment like this is meant to discredit w/o using a real name. I assure all that this is used by gangs worldwide with the theft and transfer of contraband, anything but laughable. This method leaves NO evidence of tampering which makes it a very real threat. I invite MrOlirg to take the fire extinguisher (handy in his pocket) and really try this method. Small extinguishers are easy to hide and to buy on the internet. Speak with jailed criminals, as we do, and you will learn. SW

I am not sure I understand the comment. A seals primary reason for being is to provide evidence of tampering. Without confidence that a seal has been tricked (tampered and defeated), the user has no idea if a conveyance has been accessed.
