In my opinion, nobody in their right mind would pay all the musicians to play the music live and then lip sync to the song. I've always thought it was totally ridiculous when you have a live band playing and people start accusing the singer of lip syncing. So what if it sounds like the studio version? What's to say that she's not singing live? It's how she sings the song; it might sound the same every time she sings it, but she's still singing it live. Celine Dion doesn't HAVE to lip sync.
