Check out WITH THESE EYES for answer to the question: What would it mean to the leaders of industry if mankind were suddenly presented with nature’s gift of a sustainable green energy source?
I've been doing this every morning for a week now, and it feels different everyday but in a good way. I feel relaxed every time afterwards. Thank you for both body scan videos, it truly has helped!
Good video, the stills are very inspiring. I think as one learns more about the body scan, they are better able to direct their attention. However, being able to set 20 minutes aside for mindfulness practice has boundless benefits in itself.
These are the old fashioned body scan instructions from somebody who does not work his body thoroughly.
1.Most people without training cannot even direct their mind to certain body parts.
Why? Because they are not conscious about that part and they have little control over their mind to move it around within the body , not to speak about holding the mind at a specific part.
2.Ever heard something about first tensing the part and then consciously relaxing it with the outbreath?
@ruzickaw thats just how I do it for martial arts training, lay down, and concentrate on tensing each body part, starting with the toes and up, ending with the head, I find that creating the tension helps the relaxation more than just relaxing.
