makes no sense to install a filtration system to clean out the filth. Why doesn't the nation follow their pollution policies to prevent garbage from getting into the water and save billions of dollars. The development looks great but that lagoon filtration seems like a fixed vice to tax the citizens on a gamble of the city being oppulent.

I like how they've managed to flush the very large toilet but how is the sewage going to affect the underwater environment or is it safe to assume that dilution is the solution to the problem?

floods-no swage system--old ruged roads-very high cost in building materials- workers problems- and above all NO FREEDOM .
