Es gibt einfach nichts gierigeres als diesen unverkennbaren Kompressorsound!!!

Würd meinen Emmix schon allein aus diesem Grund umbauen!!!

Sieht super aus! Habe auch vor mir einen NB zuzulegen, erst 1.6 und später auf 1.8 umbauen wobei es ja praktisch wäre den Motor dann gleich im ausgebauten Zustand zu überholen und aufzubauen, ist der Umbau den sehr teuer und steigen die Unterhaltskosten sehr hoch an oder bleibt das im Rahmen?

Du kaufst dir entweder zwei MX-5 oder nur einen und baust dafür einen Kompressor ein. Ich fand die zweite Variante besser, kann ja eh nur mit einem fahren ;-)

@dasistderphilipp Sounds and looks wonderful, great video!  223hp @ only 5.8psi though? Is this measured at the wheels or from the engine? I plan to install a coldside MP62 kit next year.

The data are from the engine is usual in Germany.

is that intercooled SC? stock internals? i am planing to SC mine miata aswell, thought still did not decided between turbo and SC...

@Shad0whearth i prefer the idea of the SC because you get no lag. it isn't quite as efficient, but you can still easily get as much horsepower as you'll ever want. I'm guessing he's made some internal mods to get it to 223 hp, but i may be wrong.

@BHFProductions well i whant around 220hp in the end. thought i would hate if bhp bugg would bite me, and i would need to go to turbo... :(

thought SC is way easyer and simplyer instalation. no block driling for oil lines...
