It's a bridge that connects Ketchikan to it's airport and to an island that COULD have been developed with new housing, roads, businesses (both local and national) and the means to build more around the community in South East Alaska. Try getting stuck in the Ketchikan airport when the last ferry stops running at 6pm Friday night and doesn't resume service till Sunday morning. Not fun!
