This show was OBVIOUSLY intended to be just a bunch of T&A cheesecake.  I mean you can't expect ANYBODY to believe that it was meant to be taken seriously as a legitimate exercise program. Hell, it would have been a bit too difficult to follow as I remember that often times the camera operator was more focused on showing boobs and butts than keeping the camera zoomed out enough for the viewers to be able to clearly see the exercises well enough to follow them. No complaints from me though!!

I miss these shows so much. This show, Kiana's Flex Appeal, Co-Ed Training. Bodyshaping and of course earlier Denise Austin when she really showed it off. I miss them all. I wish they would get DVD releases so I could "watch" them in high quality, but I doubt it will ever happen.

I can't even begin to fathom how good it would have felt to be inside of her at this time. I wouldn't even last 60 seconds. This was one of the first Exercise shows that made no pretense that it was a man's wack off show. More men shot their loads to these shows than to Playboy . I wish they would have put out a DVD of Fitness Beach-The Nude Workout.

This was a great show. I heard that it was created because a bunch of angry women complained about the models exercising in bikinis on Bodyshaping. The producer came up with the idea for Fitness Beach and kept the bikinis. I love American ingenuity. Thanks for posting this.
