  • I'm so excited to hear that this movie will be released overseas. This summer i'm visiting relatives in the UK. hopefully, i'll be able to catch it then and get my Bigfoot fix.

  • my dad was in this movie i miss him very much i wish i could see the movie

  • I LOVE THIS TRAILER. Thanks for giving me something to wonder about instead of a mini movie of the entire film. I still have a reason to go see this now.

  • pretty weak trailer, footprint cast is ridiculous, dude in squatch suit running across the road is hilarious. I LOVE THIS! Cinematography looks great.

  • Zach Galligan.... he`s from those Gremlins movies

  • anyone know when this is released on dvd or cinema

  • This film looks beautiful. It has crisp old school cinematography. It reminds me a lot of the look and feel of the original Fright Night. That's a big plus in my book.

  • Totally dig the retro-cool vibe of this. I get it. It reminds me of the films they made when I was a kid. For once, the entire movie isn't shown in the trailer like every other movie made today. I have a reason to spend my money at the theatre.

  • I soooooo luv this movie trailer and I sooooo luv Bigfoot!!!!

  • Anyone know where I can get this movie?

  • Finally a B movie that admits to being one. Those are the best.

1:20 that actually looks scary as shit

  • It feels really, really good to have my people featured prominently in this kind of move.Great casting.

  • This rockin Bigfoot movie looks slick and expensive plus you have a horror icon starring in it. I want to extend huge props to the people that made it. It's an incredible accomplishment. So many so called horror movies today are just excuses to exploit women and gore . This is something different. I wish you the best!

  • When does this movie come out? I can't wait to sit down and immerse myself in the excitement and fun.

  • these filmmakers that made this have the idea that bigfoot is a cool movie monster. they be right!!!!!!!!!

  • I fully welcome the monstrous world that this trailer creates. It's a wonderful window of the imagination.

  • when a monster from the woods is after you rule number: make sure you have an indian with you. number 2: make sure he brought the tribe

  • Totally badass phantasmic trailer. 80's sensibilities collide with modern movie look. Shut the front door!

  • Mucho grande horror! Te Amo!

  • Well, I CAN be excited by this film because I was lucky enough to see it earlier this year at IFQ fest . It's so easy for us film fans to bitch but not enough of us show up to film festivals to support indie films like this. I understand that Hollywood has made us all cynical but this is not a bloated cookie cutter Hollywood movie. 95% of what makes this flick cool is not even in the trailer. In the q and a after the screening I asked the makers why & they said they wanted to surprise us.

  • I wish I could be excited about this film, but for some reason, it's just not doing it for me. I think there's a ton of potential for an exquisite film based around the myth of Bigfoot (Sasquatch/Yeti/Momo/Meh-Teh/etc.) to be made. I just hope it doesn't saturate the horror genre like Vampires and Zombies have. I'd rather have one great movie opposed to ten or more adversely horrible films. I do like the 80's B-flick this trailer seems to have, though. I hope it doesn't disappoint.

  • All kinds of incredible wonderful here.

  • Still the best of the bunch. Eat your heart out Blair Witch director.

  • So happy to see an old skool horror movie get made. It's about time.

  • I share masterpiecemovie's views. It's nice to see a trailer that doesn't bury the movie in mtv editing tricks and actually lets us see and feel the mood of the piece. The cute girl doesn't hurt either.

  • Great trailer! I liked the way the opening credits came on, and the overall production value was excellent... well shot, dramatically lit, and effective sound design. Enjoyed the building sense of dread. And, of course, not actually getting a good look at the creatures raises curiosity. Well done!

  • Wow! This trailer caught my attention at 0.23 when the smokin hot indian woman appears but I was signed, sealed, and delivered at 1.18 when the Bigfoot show up.I can't wait for a release at a theatre near where I live.

  • Brilliant no brainer concept! An 80's horror icon battles Bigfoot. I wish I thought of it.

  • How refreshing it is to see a horror movie populated with actors over the age of 35. After all, we all don't explode at Carousel at age 30. Many of us in the population actually escape the sandmen and find Sanctuary and live out the rest of our lives in old age.

  • I was so happy to discover this film on the New Orleans Film Festival facebook page. I really hope to see the movie at the festival. Terrific trailer, very creepy! Nice to see that Zach is still a sexy man.

  • Great IFQ interview Mr Sullivan. I'm a filmmaker myself and ditto everything that you had to say.I wish you goof luck with your wonderful film.

  • Thank you young men and women. You've succeeded in evoking my nostalgia for 70's and 80's horror movies. This trailer reminds me of the heyday of Hollywood independent b movies. It was a time when companies like Orion, Hemdale, Vestron and Avco Embassy were the purveyors of our dreams. Keep the hope alive.

  • I'm not the least bit surprised that this movie is getting a lot of attention. A few months ago at AZUFF in Tucson, I was in the audience. People wouldn't stop cheering for the entire 80 min run of the film. I thought I was in Rocky Horror at times. The call and response between picture and audience was amazing. It shows a good movie can come out of nowhere.

  • We all stand tall on the shoulders of the Patterson Gimlin film. Thanx for keeping the faith bubbas.

  • Ace trailer blokes. That ankle biter's in for a heap of trouble. Beaut film, beats the other bodgy horrors hands down.

  • HUGE congratulations to the makers of this film on their multiple festival wins. It was well earned. A week ago today I saw this movie at IFQ fest in Hollywood. I'm a lifelong horror fan and had VERY modest expectations. Boy was I in for a surprise, there were great characters, great story, great sound design, and great horror= great movie. In fact, this is NOT just a great horror movie, its a great movie period!

  • Bigfoot is my favorite childhood monster. Thank you for bringing him back!

  • I'm itching to buy tickets to IFQFF to see this on the BIG screen. Awesome trailer for what is likely an awesome horror film.

  • In the Chinese community we call these creatures yeh-ren. My uncle saw one as a boy in his home town of Yichang. It is very timely that this movie features these creatures which many have known about.

  • Brothers and sisters, I have been remote viewing since the age of 25 and I have seen the creatures depicted in this movie trailer at least 50 times. I can assure you that what is seen here is 99.9% accurate. They exist for sure. I can only explain this trailer's accuracy by stating that the people behind it have tapped into the same divine expanding consciousness that we all race toward with ever increasing speed as the year 2012 approaches. At that time Giantopithecus will be revealed to all :)

  • Tremendous trailer. It is so nice to see a horror movie that doesn't copy Saw.

  • The fact that Zach Galligan is the star of this raises the film's pedigree quite a bit. The fact that it's playing film festivals raises that pedigree even more. The visuals seal the deal for me. This is no shot on a camcorder piece of.........

  • Everything about this movie has me loving on it. I wish someone would release this movie at a theatre near me.

  • Superfine trailer. I've been waiting to see a film like this since I was a kid.

  • I strongly DISAGREE with the previous comment. Abominable was a really bad frankensteining of Hitchcock's Rear Window with the worst type of poorly designed Bigfoot ever made. This film is by all accounts an original story and the creatures appear to be far better designed from what i've seen in the trailers.

  • This film is the clear successor to Schifrin's Abominable. I have elevated expectations!

  • I'm buoyed by the fact that this flick is doing the film festival rounds. That's no small feat for a monster movie.

  • A friend of mine who lives in Los angeles said the word on the street is that this was originally a video game concept that the creators later adapted to a movie. That's probably why it's good.

  • i too saw this film at ARPA fest in Hollywood and had a blast. its very entertaining but I must correct you. this is an independent film not a big studio product. despite knowing that you could hardly tell while watching the movie. it has terrific acting and looks great. it's at a level that's much higher than those awful sci-fi channel movies.

  • Your feelings are justified Archtypkth. I was one of the fortunate ones that got to see this AMAZING film last year on the BIG screen at the Arizona underground Film Fest.I will not ruin it for you by providing spoilers but I will say this. If it references anything, its the Patterson Gimlin accounts of the creature and not the more recent sightings. Nuff said!

  • There are not enough words in webster's dictionary to convey the exhilarating feelings that I harbor for this film. From what I've read, it seems to reference seminal events in the bigfoot mythology as told by several guests on the Art Bell show many years ago. I also heard an interview with the writer of the film on the Sci-fi Overdrive radio show in which he spoke of Jeff Meldroms footprint work with great accuracy. Imagine a Hollywood type that actually did his research? Life amazes me.

  • What an engaging trailer. I can't wait to see the full movie.

  • Totally mind blowing film dudes. Simply, a way cool monster movie. I hope to see you in the DVD store soon. all my buds are passing the word on and getting psyched about this . Bigfoot rules forever.

  • This trailer rules. Great cinematography, great cast and great monsters. Indy horror lives.

  • I gleefully await the release of this exciting movie.

  • Very, very promising! I love Bigfoot and I love Zach Galligan!

  • I'm really thrilled that this movie is gaining exposure. I'm a lifelong Sasquatch enthusiast and it's great to see that there's a horror film that treats this subject matter with the respect it deserves.

  • This film is completely riveting and awesome. I saw it at arpa fest.

  • This is a fantastically cool movie. I saw it at arpa fest hollywood.

  • Saw you guys at Dark Delicacies bookstore last night and had a blast. Tomorrow's the ticket.

  • Your flick is going to be freakin fantastic!

  • Just ordered 2 tickets online for me and the wife. We'll be checking off the days till the 24th.

  • It is incredibly exciting to see that this movie is actually coming to the big screen and not just dumped onto DVD like so many others.

  • My perspective on this is unique in that I am an author of fiction. And I have to say that your film taps into archetypal myths worthy of Joseph Campbell. I thank you for being a "literate" piece of filmmaking.

  • so excited to see this incredible looking movie. I luuuuuuuuuve bigfoot.

  • Congrats on the film fest screening. Best of luck. You rule.

  • I was stoked to find you at Comic-Con. This flick is going to be a sneaker hit. I'm telling all my buds about it. We'll attend as a group.

  • Simply wonderful in every way possible!

  • I'm thrilled to see a trailer for a horror film that appears to respect it's audience.

  • Found out about you at Comic-Con. Awesome flick.

  • can't wait to cut a hole in the popcorn bucket myself....my wife loves it when I do that. :)

  • Sweeeet!

  • I just discovered this movie on the internet. I'm completely stoked, let the adventure begin.

  • I notice even more stuff with each additional viewing of this trailer. This is a great easter egg hunt.

  • Intriguing trailer here. You have me salivating for more.

  • i cried for a long time when i see this. why? because when i was little in 1968 my mama and me met a sasquatch at the edge of the reservation. we told and folk didn't believe us and she was sent away to the crazy house and papa had to raise us by himself. she really did go crazy in there. THE WORLDE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THEM SO PEOPLE DON'T GO CRAZY LIKE MAMA

  • There's real artistry contained in this trailer , so unlike much of the horror genre stuff that's crapped out for a quick buck.

  • I speak for many of us when I say that those of us in the crypto community eagerly await your film.

  • this is a movie to root for. a hot indian babe, cool monsters and breathtaking scale. i'm all in.

  • Thanks for keeping the faith guys. You have inspired casting and unorthodox methods.Luv u for being original in copycat times.

  • rousing trailer with some uber-cool monsters. kick butt!

  • Clearly, this appears to be one of the most exciting and well thought out monster flicks to appear on the scene in a long time. I love the cast of veteran genre actors like Zach and the cinematography is beautiful. I want a ticket.

  • Your US Sasquatch monster much smaller than Japanese monster but just as deadly. He make scary for us here in asia very much.

  • A PLUS for content and execution. You rock my cryptozoological world.

  • I've GREAT stuff about this film on the net. I eagerly await its release!

  • How astute, Native Americans are an integral part of the Bigfoot mythology or "history" as some of us call it.

  • My man Zach Galligan appears to be handling his situation in this film. The Indian woman is awesome too and these Sasquatch intimidate.

  • Outside the box creation going on here. Super cryptozoology finally addressed and it's about time . Adore the look and feel of this, it has mythic quality. Genre creepy!

  • This seems like its a very entertaining thriller. I want to sit in front of it with my popcorn soon.

  • Spectacular little movie trailer here. I'm sure there's more to come!

  • the hair on the back of my neck is standing up and i got full on chicken skin watching this trailer.i'll have to watch this movie with one eye closed.

  • Thankyou for making the film I've been dreaming about since I was a kid. You guys really get it like I get it. This makes me more happy than you can even imagine. Its like you stuck your fingers inside my head and pulled what was there out and put it up on celluloid for the world to see. And see it we will.

  • It's great to see an entertainment project about one of the most enduring cryptoid curiosities.

  • Based on this teaser, this appears to be a horror flick worth getting revved up for.

  • This trailer looks so exciting and scary. I get goosebumps watching this!

  • The woman that appears in the trailer is very beautiful.

  • now that's the Zach Galligan that we know and love working in a horror film once more. and i find that frightfully engaging. it promises a vicious assault of our senses.

  • Absolutely sweet visual ambience .Brilliant idea centering this horror around a middle class family.

  • There appears to be level of sophistication here that is quite uncommon today in these types of genre films that I find puzzling but in a good way. I'd like to see more.

  • Neato! This looks very fun and exciting. I'm sure to be scared.

  • A very fresh take on a genre that is replete with unoriginality. Now , there is a horror film out there that seems to be about more than sticking 5 or so dumb male and female teens in a room and killing them off one by one. Its been done to death! Pardon the pun and I'm frankly sick of it. Your originality is sure to be rewarded. Let me reserve a ticket now!

  • horror coolness in every way possible.i wish my dad would take me out into the woods to hunt cryptos.

  • Being Native American, its nice to see my people get some love in a movie.I just hope they survive until the end.

  • This is an incredible looking horror film which makes it hard for me to believe its not from a big studio. Congrats to you guys for great production design and cinematography. I can't wait to get the full effect.

  • This film appears to be another truly amazing accomplishment brought to us from the independent realm.

  • In a time of incessant remakes by the big Hollywood studios ,I am forced to seek my horror fix in the indie world. As a result,I am pleased to discover this gem. It has all the right ingredients to make a delicious feast for the eyes.

  • Absolutely incredible. Wonderful mood and concept.I can't wait to see this in the theatre.

  • one indie film that is must viewing for us horror fans.

  • What a curiosity. It is interesting to see such creatures menace an all american family. The Native American angle seems fresh as well.

  • Love it! I just totally love it!

  • I can tell right away that this is the type of film that makes me happy. I'm a true monster lover and the feeling I get seeing this is that the people behind this love monsters as much as I do!

  • This is a very timely film in lieu of the recent Bigfoot discoveries and research. I can't wait to see one of our greatest American legends explored.

  • Very nice Sasquatch in this movie it seems. The cinematography looks terrific. Zach's a real veteran of this genre. I can't help but be intrigued!

  • totally kick butt guys. i look foward to the full reveal of the Bigfoots.

  • Now you got me. First, this film doesn't look like it was shot with somebody's crappy camcorder.Second, you actually have a decent actor as your lead. Third, its unapologetically a monster movie. Fourth, I don't have to feel ashamed to have my kid see this with me when it comes out. Finally , the indian babe is smokin. This is definitely worth the price of admission.

  • Definitely old skool horror. The photography is nice.

  • Sasquatch freakin rules the movies!!!Yeeah!!! He freakin rules!!!Bring it on muther....Woohooo!!!You furry bastard!!!Come and get it!!!

  • Caught me completely by surprise, was surfin gremlins related stuff and found this. Totally retro and totally cool.

  • this makes me actually excited to see a horror film again.its been a while.

  • Wonderful trailer.Simply wonderful!

  • This monster fan is completely revved up over this film .Can't wait to get the whole gang together to watch!

  • What a rush. This Bigfoot movie has tremendous possibilities. There's a lot to be divined from this energetic trailer. My mouth is watering.

  • Cool monsters in a seemingly cool flick. Zach Galligan has never looked cooler.

  • terrorrific mood and athmosphere.i want a ticket.

  • Goosebumps! Sasquatch has ALWAYS creeped me out. This movie will probably do the same. SCAREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

  • Fascinating, an oasis of original filmmaking amidst a sea of corporate mediocrity. Way to go.

  • This is a truly independent horror film made completely outside of the studio system by people who seem to actually love the genre for what it is. Bitchin!

  • Zach's back! Hooray for horror! This one is sure to be mindblowing!

  • this is really neat. i love the cinematography and the concept, definitely not the usual formula horror film.

  • How exciting. This seems to be a unique entry in the category of CREATURE flicks. The look of it is fantastic and marks Zach's return to the genre . HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Excellent! This stirs me deeply as a horror fan. Nice and classy for a change! Can't wait for it to come out!

  • as a female horror fan, I think i bring a different perspective to this. the only thing sexier than a man protecting his kid is a man protecting his baby.you throw bigfoot on top of that and you have a recipe for pleasure.when that man protecting his kid is Zach Galligan you can guarantee female orgasm.

  • To say this is cool is an understatement. I've been waiting years for a decent Sasquatch movie,I have high hopes for this!

  • finally, finally a serious treatment of our most enduring american myth and legend, the Bigfoot. this is very haunting and creepy. i can't wait until the release date.

  • Great look. Great mood and a GREAT actor!

  • I luv this guys. Its going to be an awessome horror film.

  • I notice more cool stuff about this movie with each viewing of the trailer. This totally rocks.

  • I was trying to figure out what you guys were talking about then I went to the website.Wow! That camera's the size of a tank.

  • Impressive B roll, that's one BIG ASS camera that they shot this film with. It looks like something out of the 1940's.

  • I couldn't agree more. I just saw the new b roll footage and you can see this movie is really ambitious in the way that it's made. That crew is really sweating.

  • What a wonderful and fascinating trailer. It really gets my mind going ! Terrific job! Kudos for creating an awesome looking Sasquatch film. Come out soon!

  • I watched Gremlins again over the holidays. He was so good in it and so cute. He looks the same here. Anyone know the release date for this?

  • What's even better is that there seems to be a nice style to it that's a change from the usual exploitation crap.

  • I love Bigfoot movies. This one definitely seems to be the cream of the crop of them.

  • Sweet! This is my kind of film. I hope the wait is short!

  • This seems very unique and original for a horror film. I look forward to seeing it.

  • Yes, quite possibly the definitive bigfoot flick. Freakin yeah!

  • I'm totally blown away by this.

  • This film looks kick butt. Long live Sasquatch.

  • can't wait! keep the indie coming!!!

  • I love this. Fantastic

  • Terrific! It definitely has a hollywood look about it. They probably had a few million dollars to work with but nothing like the budget of Avatar.

  • I believe this is an indie film but it sure looks like a studio film.

  • This looks amazing. It looks like some serious money went into this film.

  • I was watching Gremlins the other day and was wondering what happened to hotty Zach Galligan. Now I know. He's protecting his son from Bigfoot. My girlfriends and I are sharing this. He is still one good looking man.

  • Wassup. This flick is buck! U feel me.Yeah u feel me! This is the shi....! U know what i'm sayin! All you tired ass brothers in the back row need to step up and support this. This is the bomb as Bigfoot flick we been waiting for. Peace.

  • I was already interested in this as a horror fan. Then I heard the director talk about it on the radio. Now I'm totally psyched up about it.

  • That hot indian chick in the trailer is gorgeous. This movie needs to come out soon because she is a feast for the eyes. I hope she can act but that really doesn't matter.

  • Spooky, spooky, spooky! I can't help but worry about what's going to happen to that boy. When I see that plaster foot cast and that footprint,I know what's around the corner waiting!

  • The glimpses of em in this trailer look exactly like the ones I saw in 1979 up in Oregon. Whoever made this movie knows what I know.
