hy everyone! The most logical conclusion is, that the game takes place after the events of LoK: Defiance. Janos Audron had taken by the Hylden, and Raziel emerged with Kains Reaver Blade. I read other opinions about that BO2 has paradox events.

The only thing that kinda "stands out" is that those floating skeletons have blood inside... well, it doesn't make much sense... But who cares! Everything is awesome :-P

I thought I heard the Elder God laughing - 2:20 and 3:11, perhaps he is laughing at the thought of their "final" battle after the events of Defiance

It is possible that portal shifts physical realm inhabitants to spectral without them dying

Where do those strange gates take you? Is it like the Spectral Realm? The distortion of the gates seem to show it...
