The Unistot'en people own 2/3 of the Wet'suwet'en Territory. The word Unistot'en means, people on top of the water. Most of their teritories are the beginnings of the fraser river and Skeena river water sheds.
The skin family are a branch of the Unistot'en Geltseyu clan.The Unistot'en people are the last descendants of a warrior clan that were very fierce and powerful. The Unistot'en people were very good hunters, trappers and were in the best shape out of all the Wet'suwet'en. A lot of times people refer to the Unistot'en as "Frog clan" but they are really the Raven Clan, Frog is a sub crest for the Unistot'en. The Crest the Unistot'en use is "Knedebeas" which means night hawk
