I got clear sky, but it was laggy like hell and crashed after 30 minutes of gameplay, but i thought it was nice because i liked the outpost capturing feature althoguh i guess that would get really boring if I actually got some long term gameplay time
bought stalker, loved it. bought clear sky, hated it!! (buggy) What did they do with stalker?? alpha looked so much better (atmosphere, level design, weapons, everything!)
Its patched well now, very playable. Also, hit Clear Sky with a couple of good mods and the experience is amazing. Give it a shot, its well worth it. I can provide help with applying mods to both games, trust me, the games are junk in vanilla stage. If you install a couple of mods, theyll keep you hooked for weeks.
Seems like they did the recoil more like in Clear Sky. Can't say that I care for it. An AK-74 doesn't really have that much muzzle jump and it doesn't recoil cockeyed like that. I've only ever fired a semi-auto-only version of a '74, but I know it doesn't kick off to the side like that. Seems like that would indicate that something was broken or out of place.

The guns have a litle "Umph" to then to make then feel heavy and real
they sounds much more threatening
and i notice that after he blew up that gas tank it was still smoking xD
