I prefer the nude blouse with the red skirt. This combination is how it's paired on catwalks. Caramel/camel/sand colors all look excellent next to red. Black-white-red is too harsh, imo. Have you tried wearing your Burberry trench coat over this red skirt? ;)

If your interview is soon, I recommend staying safe with a dark gray, navy, or black suit. If your school or program is conservative, make sure your skirt is no shorter than 2" above your knees, wear with heels no higher than 3.5" and add nude hose. Good luck!
