I have a question. How come you're lemon grass is green. It looks different from the lemon grass I use. Is there more than one kind of lemon grass? The ones I use are yellow in color.

Probably because M.S.G isn't good for you. My family uses it all the time. Hahaha.

you are kidding about adding msg to asian food, right?
i have never and will never use msg in my asian food. it is adding more man made chemicals to an already endless pile of chemicals.
