neothomist, do you know what kind of cases the US Supreme Court decides? One of it's function to settle disputes between Constitutional issues. Not many cases make it all the way to the Supreme Court, but yes, it definitely supposed to upheld the Constitution!!! Read up on this. It has a lot to do with the Constitution. It's the highest law of the land. (hence Supreme!) Peace. The most discussed Amendments of the Constitution was the Fourteenth at the Supreme Court.
The Third Article of the Constitution allowed for the creation of a federal court and inferior courts -- it did not create them. For those courts to have been created would have required an Amendment as stipulated in Article V of the Constitution.
Either the Supreme Court is a political court lying outside the Constitution or James Madison and his Esquire buddies held another Constitutional Convention right there on the floor of Congress. Take your pick.

wow, you obviously have no conception of... science in general, really. first of all, the jar in the cabinet always has air in it. the big bang theory explains that eventually, all matter in the universe is pulled into a singularity by gravity, and then explodes, which is the Big Bang, until all the matter is pulled back in by gravity and the cycle restarts infinitely. i know it might require thinking, something you probably haven't done in a while, to understand that, but i think you can do it.

neothomist, do you know what kind of cases the US Supreme Court decides? One of it's function to settle disputes between Constitutional issues. Not many cases make it all the way to the Supreme Court, but yes, it definitely supposed to upheld the Constitution!!! Read up on this. It has a lot to do with the Constitution. It's the highest law of the land. (hence Supreme!) Peace. The most discussed Amendments of the Constitution was the Fourteenth at the Supreme Court.

The Third Article of the Constitution allowed for the creation of a federal court and inferior courts -- it did not create them. For those courts to have been created would have required an Amendment as stipulated in Article V of the Constitution.
Either the Supreme Court is a political court lying outside the Constitution or James Madison and his Esquire buddies held another Constitutional Convention right there on the floor of Congress. Take your pick.

I thought I coined "republicrat" 4 decades ago.
I think his suit should be flag blue, his shirt flag white and his tie flag red.
I also think he should make his next "message" on a manicured lawn in front of a very nice, well kept upper middle class home, with a lovely svelt, blonde & smiling wife, with two well scrubbed, freckle faced, adoring kids (a boy & girl), a cute little fuzzy puppy & a big waving US flag.
