I hear "Help" then as the people in the room start to talk, under their voices, I hear "Now". Then a couple seconds later, I hear "You". His sentence is spaced out like he is trying to get the energy to complete it. But his complete sentence is "Help Now You". Basically, he wants your help. This is my opinion. It's up to interpatation.
