somehow there is voltage feeding ignition system when 4-ways are on. check at fuse box. possible old car alarm wiring.remove. paper clip,money laying on top of fuse box shorting circuits together. 4-way circuit always has power.works whether key on or off. hope that helps.
i would seach the internet alot of things on newer cars are controlled by the pcm so i would look around and see if alot of them cars are having pcm reflases done
cyphen19823 dont post stuff you obviosly have no clue about , its called dieseling because the engine is pre igniting fuel and sounds like a diesel and happens when ignition off !!! right have you changed an indicator bulb recently ?? check if you replaced it with correct one , also check wiring behind dash , also take indicator relay out see if it still does it
The e-light thing i dont know but the problem with your car staying its its called "diseling" its still sucking left over fuel could be your fuel return line needs to be replaced or it could be that the manifold is getting stuck open
your screwed. your car is messed, if that can happen i think your car got re-wired, take it in the the shop have a professional look at it, cause looking at you u dont know what the hell your doing

Check the hazard relay, this can cause your problem. Also, check all fuses.
