This video reminds me of a scene from the movie, "Enemy Mine," where the human says that the Alien's prophet was full of crap... Then the Alien said, "Mickey Mouse is a big dope!" If there were more respect in this world, and if we all valued diversity what a wonderful world this would be...
I think you hit it right on the head Kim it should be a spiritual temple of all faiths. This is such a touchy subject especially here in the USA. I can understand how some people of certain faiths are upset. I dont think any pastor of any kind of faith should even think of burning any book or cross of the lord Jesus. Things are just getting crazier and crazier all the time maybe it's a sign? who knows.
@RichochetTV Yep, there is far too much madness in this world without the media adding to it Richard. Maybe it's a sign that us ordinary people are just sick to the back teeth of lazy reporting.
Yep...you put the world right...:-) The media needs to stop the focus on these people. They won't though. They like to see the people get all in a lather over crazy ideas. And the band plays on as the ship sinks...

@GreatGig1 I totally agree about the media focus, it;s been crazy and overstated. We are both having so much fun and are in the process of editing a documentary which is scheduled to be premiered on October 23rd. Lots to do, but having a ball!

While I think it's absolutely crazy what Terry Jones' group wants to do but it's equally crazy the amount of press it's received - he has a following of about 30 people - and while I think burning a quran is ridiculous our first amendment is about freedom of speech and protects that fundamental right. The fact that we cower now in fear of retaliation because of what a group of 30 nutters (out of 300 million) want to do harkens to the horrid chapter of the Mohammed cartoons.
@LeSaMilano the scary Phelps group (god hates fags) is allowed to protest at soldiers funerals, people burn flags bibles and Beatles records, effigies, and neo Nazis march! - all protected under the first amendment. We might hate (to the core) what they stand for but to forbid it is a dangerous slippery slope. That said, i wish Terry Jones and the press would shut the hell up!! LOL
