  • how bout you go make a movie better than finding nemo. we'll see how that goes.

  • hmm... well, you pointed out a lot of things but I will just comment on the prologue. The prologue is not meant to explain everything, nor is everything in the prologue meant to be explained. That is not what the movie is centered on, but just the background story. It is therefore not important to explain what happened to Coral and the rest of the eggs, and the barracuda. The prologue is just meant to set things up. It's only meant to show why Marlin became so overprotective of his son.

  • You can't expect a movie to explain every single small detail, it takes some common sense. I watched this movie back when I was 7 years old, in 2003 (not 2004), and I knew the barracuda ate Coral and the eggs. It came there to eat the eggs. Free food. If Coral stayed in the anemone, should would have lived too. She went down to save the eggs and the barracuda ate her too. It would have eaten Marlin as well if it didn't knock him into the anemone. You have 400 fish in your mouth, one can fall off

  • @muralithaya03 Yeah a lot of people are saying it ate her and the eggs. I'll just take your word for it. I just think it's funny that a prolog doesn't do a very good job explaining things.

  • nemo's egg is knocked out of the "nest"

  • The ocean lighting in this movie was really well done.

  • you'd have to be a retard to not understand SHE AND THE EGGS WERE ATE BY THE FISH

  • @Clubpenguinmoviesmin Why would he eat the eggs? He would be able to reach them anyway.

  • @Clubpenguinmoviesmin I lot of people are saying that so I'll just take their word for it. I begs the question though, why keep the eggs in such an unsafe spot?

  • @snoopyisback u moron, they did their research. thats how clownfish lay eggs. pixar didnt just decide to put the eggs there.. wow

  • WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENED? CLEARLY CORAL GOT KILLED BY THE BARRACUDA ALONG WITH THE EGGS. IT MISSED NEMO, AND AS YOU COULD SEE MARLIN CLEARLY GOT HIT BY THE BARRACUDA, LANDED IN THE ANEMONE AND WOKE UP LATER TO FIND HIS FAMILY GONE. YOU ARE...A SMART ONE....

  • @jzs217 I'll take your word for it. Would've been nice if the film had told us this.

  • @snoopyisback I mean, it's pretty self explanatory, but thanks for commenting!

  • @snoopyisback alright preschoolers can figure that out. if u cant then i think theres a problem

  • I don't particularly like Finding Nemo really, even though it has typical great Pixar animation and voice acting. It's my least favourite film of theirs and it is the most overrated animated film I've seen.

    Great review all the same.

  • really good pionts

  • I agree with the fact that cars really sucks! I was confused about why they gave that movie a sequel instead of monsters inc, or the incredibles.

  • Not because he thought he wouldnt try. In other words, Nemo assumed that he would look for him but he was surprised that he had gotten so far. Sorry for ranting. But i just though i should get your facts straight. : /

  • And Darla RAISES THE STAKES for the problem that they already have. It makes the viewers care about the characters even more and want things to work out in the end. The initiation scene is hilarious get over it. And Gil's plan si obviously supposed to be ridiculous. It's funny. Get it? btw I'm not saying you're a bad critic. Some of the stuff you said did make sense. You're just going WAYY to far with it. Nemo is surprised that his father is looking for him because he thought he COULDNT do it.

  • @WalrusMuffins10797 initiation scene = pointless. Why would Marlin not look for him?

  • @snoopyisback look, dude, i'm sorry. I don't want to rat you out, but you're overreacting. If you don't want people to take offense of ur opinions then delete this video. If you'd watched this video when you were five, u would have loved it. Relax. It's a kids movie. how can u find out where she's from if she doesn't remember? and why can't dory read? and while we're finding out where she learned to read, lets find out the exports of peru! Sorry, i think this thing is far-fetched.

  • @thiatheheroine What did I do that was overreacting? I'm not taking offense to anything. I'm not 5 though. What kind of film wouldn't I have like when I was 5?

    exports of peru?

    Yeah this film is far-fetched!

  • DUDE thats the joke. Yes, Dory is a fish who suffers from short-term memory loss and it makes her character even MORE funny that she can read. It's a kid's film. It's not very realistic just get over it. Dory doesnt NEED a bakcground because her character is funny enough. And the reason there are so many fish in the tank are because they all have to work TOGETHER to escape. Gil is the leader. Peach is the lookout, etc... You shouldnt let little things annoy so much. JUST ENJOY THE MOVIE.

  • @WalrusMuffins10797 They don't do anything to help him escape. Nemo does that himself with a little help from Gill.

  • @snoopyisback and "why aren't they crushed under the weight of the water...." this isn't science class.

  • @thiatheheroine I never mentioned anything about science.

  • You don't know a background of dory because dory isn't always sure how she knows how to read so on and so forth

  • It's obvious what happened to coral and the rest of the eggs! What the cuss is this talking about?

  • @midgedog1 what happens then?

  • I LOVE cars !!!!!!!!! Just show the movie

  • shutup snoopyisback u dont know anything about disney films!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @islam123able Finding Nemo isn't really Disney, it's just made by a company that they own.

  • But i luv nemo

  • Nemo is amazing and you need help.

    End of story.

  • @MegandMadison Need help?

  • Dude its called a CREATIVE LICENCE.

  • @CrayonVlogger I didn't use any clips from the film so I think I'm ok.

  • @snoopyisback Look up ''Creative licence'' on wikipedia. It has nothing to do with copyright. I was refering to some of the aquistions you made in your commentary on the film.

  • @CrayonVlogger I need to know what before I can comment on that.

  • @snoopyisback Oh sorry I ment artistic licence.

  • You sound like thunderf00t

  • I couldn't even sit thrugh this without my ears bleeding

  • :O not very good? well i hope a shark eats u, u flinin dolphin

  • @yodasodaXD Hey maybe that's what the sharks in the film eat, humans. Dam! that's dark for a kids film.

  • @sparkyscooter If you have I counter argument about the film I'd love to hear it. But I am not interested in just exchanging insults.

  • @sparkyscooter I don't need to see it no, but I would like to know. No it doesn't but I don't think I even claimed it did.

  • Have you seen Toy Story 3

  • @mbfc3 yes, it was good.

  • Why do you pick apart the movie so much? Yeah it's a review, but man, get real. It was an amazing movie that told the story of the love between a father and his son (parent and child, if you will..) and it made me cry, so fuck off.

  • @villiewithav no need to be rude, if you liked the film that's fine. Personally I didn't.

  • this movie is really awsome they should have the full movie version? that is why it is reaLLY AWSOME so bye peace iut suckerts!!!!!!!!!!

  • this movie is really awsome they should have the full movie version?

  • lol im 15 but i friken luv this movie

  • this movie is awesome just because it looks like its for kids doesent me u have to do negative comments

  • @VGEvideogameexperts1 I'm doing "negative comments" as you put it because I didn't like the film not because it's for kids.

  • @snoopyisback oh okay i didnt watch the full review plus i wasnt talkin about

  • Its a damn kids movie what the fuck is this guy on- rarara she can read, the mask is there who cares. This and toy story best disney pixar movies ever.

He reckons the incredibles is better- well that is even more unrealistic and trash.

  • @alerom23471 If you like it that is fine. It's a family movie not a kids movie, adults should be able to enjoy it too.

I never expected this or The Incredible to be realistic and I don't think either are trash.

  • U SUCK BUTTS THIS MOVIE IS PURE GENIOUS IF CANT HANDLE THAT ITS THAT GOOD THEN DONT MAKE THE VIDEO!!! U LOOZER HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN MAKE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON KIDS MOVIE!! U SICK PEDOPHILE!!

  • @twilight12901 "IF CANT HANDLE THAT ITS THAT GOOD THEN DONT MAKE THE VIDEO"

So are you saying I'm not allowed to say that I don't like the film?

  • why pics what about video!!!

  • @mpo789 You tube is kind of tough about copyrighted stuff. It don't think it really matters, we've all seen the film.

  • Cars wasnt terrible your face is terrible!

  • @JanaeJune8Sama11111 oh it was terrible, and now there is a sequel coming out!

  • @snoopyisback I know there is but I still like cars.

  • This review was actually a lot of what I was thinking… it’s like, say to any person you don’t think that Finding Nemo was that good- and they’re all shocked and look insulted. I’ve been there. The only thing I couldn’t stand really was Dory… she’s just not my sense of humor and she came off to me more annoying than anything else.

  • Bit late to be reviewing this film, I came out ages ago!

As for your reasons, they are stupid and not the reasons to say a film is bad.

  • @BangCartoondotcom If you don't think my reasons are good that's fine, but could you expain why you don't think they a good reasons.

As for being "late" in reviewing the film, since when is there a time limit on how long you have to review a film? It's not like this film is even that old.

  • @BangCartoondotcom I do agree his reasons/thoughts aren't very encouraging into helping the movie, but remember YouTube was found only in 2005. So he might have been new to YouTube or didn't even discover it back then. You can't blame him. He is right on his part, when IS there a time limit on reviewing a classic Disney film and/or any other kind of film?

  • @ClubPenguinCheats99 no way peanut

  • People with short term memory loss are still able to do certain tasks if a) they learned said tasks before the onset of short term memory loss or the task is repeated again and again so that it is "saved" in the brain in a different way to just "conscious memory", the underlying architecture of the Brain is still being mapped and deciphered so how the Brain stores data is still not fully understood.

And lastly- a film with talking fish; the realism rant is to me pointless. It's pure fantasy.

  • @AresRoar by that logic anything is ok in a fantasy. Even it's a fantasy, it still has to make sense withoin the context of the film.

  • @snoopyisback Yes anything is ok in a fantasy, so long as it adheres to the rules of that fantasy world. Which could mean that anything is possible in one fantasy world while nothing miraculous is possible in another fantasy world.

Whether your subjectivity allows you to accept the fantastical world and its odd rules has nothing to do with the validity of said rules so long as they are not contradicted by an event or character in the fantasy. Which in this case did not occur.

  • @AresRoar is ok if you get an explanation as to why or how. We don't get that here.

  • @AresRoar I wasn't awear that people with short term memory loss are able to remember things they learned before, so fair enough. That would be fine had we been told when or where Dory learned to read and that she developed the condition of short term memory loss AFTER learning to read. But we are not told anything.

  • @snoopyisback lol your comment fails because that just explains how serious you are and is bad act understanding jokes

  • @mastergamers23 what does understanding jokes have to do with not liking Finding Nemo.

  • @snoopyisback what i'm saying has nothing to do with that, i'm talking about your reply to hossrex's comment when you were like " i dont think they make t shirts that say you don't like films." hossrex was making a point of saying you cant take a joke

  • @mastergamers23 what joke was it that I couldn't take?

  • @mastergamers23 There aren't really many jokes in this film so I don't think that's it.

This film was ok but the thing I really like about Pixar is how they really think outside the box, a robot that almost never speaks, a rat that cooks, an old man with a flying house. But this film doesn't really have anything like that.
