u know im a gymnast, and it ist easy. the littlest mistake can hurt. i landed a front hand spring wrong and hiper extened my knee.if gymnastics were anymore easyier it wouldnt be as fun. SO dont call us drama queens.

To the 2008 like she was fit or what ever u call it she was able to but her age so she couldn't and she's 14 now but I think she is tranning for 2012 .
boy gymnasts dont work any harder - they both work the same.
there are more female gymnastic montages because its usually females making the montage. and i agree - gymnasts train so hard i dont get why people say its easy.
@LfcFarrell1892 tell ur coach that you can achieve anything if you try for it hard. of course you'll make it. your 12 and and elite. thats how old olympic gymnasts are at the age of 12. good luck.

Same here. People are always saying gymnastics is easy, hell no it isn't. it takes skill, flexibility and A LOT of strenghth. i may be small, but i am stronger than most kids i know. I would like to see people who think gymnstics is easy go throught the training. then tehy would see.
The average person would wimp out with gymnastics training in less than three hours. I'm not a gymnast but I know how they train. It can get very difficult. Only the truly strong can make it. Don't give up!

im not a girl or an artistic gymnast but i can do a lot of the things they do and its VERY tough. im flexible like most elite artistic girls and i take an interest in their skills for that reason and theyre very hard. i hate when ppl say gymnastics is easy. its generally the ppl that cant even do kartwheels. and btw, trampoline is just as hard. try jumping 30 meters high, rotating 3 to for times with twisting and landing in the same spot preparing to do that 9 more times connected. easy??? no
oh yh and u can just randomly not train to a few flicks on a beam thats not even a foot long..ohhhhhh and i bet u cando an extended split too ???? its hard being a gymnasts!!! it hurts, u bruise and u break..you get blisters on ur hands , torn muscles , and its scary knowing that sooner or later ur gonna injure urself...everytime i perform on the bars im so nervous because im scared i'll will break something !!!! and im going into my gold awards now! So ummm yeh get a grip!!!!!!!!

In football all you have to do is run really fast or tackle people. but in gymnastics you have to flip yourself and control it. you are basically throwing your whole body around like crazy and you have to stick it(land it for those who don't know)
