  • @XDaASSassainxX yeah it is.But mostly do cardio and bodyweight exercises!

  • @XDaASSassainxX of course it is!!!!! At that age, the best thing for your body is a healthy diet (duh) and body weight workouts. Examples would be this video, push ups, sit ups, running, lunges, pull ups, any exercise where you aren't really using machines or weights.

  • @JirjeesK20 If you're exercising at all hopefully you are very well hydrated. Be sure to drink at least 2 or 3 bottles worth of water a day. Unless it's a more serious medical issue you're probably just not getting enough water, eliminate soda and other drinks too. This should clean your body and allow you to sweat easily!

  • hey, I'm 15, male, I'm recovering from a meniscus tear in my knee and I can't do any high impact sport. I changed my diet to much healthier foods, I only drink water, I don't eat carbs at night and I swim 3 times a week but I still gain weight. Can you make a video with core exercise's that don't involve bending or jumping on my knee.

    that probably sounds daunting but get your workouts sorted and cut out any bad food and you will start to see results in no time

  • I have a question. I read that doing exercises that specifically targets your abs are for people who have lost most of their fat already and should do more full body workout regimes rather than cardio to actually lose fat efficiently. Maybe a 7:3 ratio of the two. Is this style preferred?

  • ive been working out and isolating for 6 months now, these workouts work but after you've completely became in shape and fit, it gets to be to easy. Anyway that i could learn more elite workouts that would "kill" me? im 16 and dont have a whole lot of money so a personal trainer is out of the picture, also, shoulder workout with dumbells only? i noticed that 3/4 are with a barbell, dumbells would work fine though right?

  • @idotroger88 I just do a shitload of crunches. Get's results. Also reverse crunches for lower abs and oblique stuff. A mix is important, but I'm an athlete so I stay away from certain things because I'll get lower back pain which I can't have in my sport.

But trust me it works I have been following this channel for around 2-3 weeks and I already see and feel the results.

  • @Potatoassassion You can use a dumbbell or weight plate. You can also do them unweighted or with any other object that's 5-20 lbs.

  • @Potatoassassion If you don't have a medicine ball or weights. you know those packs of papers with print on them bound usually between two hard cardboard covers. Those are called books. You can put some of those in a back pack and use that as a medicine ball, if you have nothing else.

  • @GregorRFC1996 Burn more calories than you take in. It's the only way. Look up afterburn effect, should help a lot.

  • @TheNizzleShizzle Have a protein and carb rich meal about two hours before a workout, or if you've forgotten to do that, have a quick carb-rich snack like a banana or apple 10 minutes to half an hour before hand. Immediately after your workout you have an hour where your muscles accept proteins and carbs at 25% above their normal rate, so consume LIQUID proteins and carbs equivalent to a small meal over the next 20 minutes to an hour immediately following your workout.
