palm pre or i shall call i palm piece of shit, i am on my 4th palm pre from sprint in a matter of 6 months my 6th one and my final one just broke too fucking touch screen no longer responds sprints response our warranty dosent cover that issue other phones sent it for overheating and wouldn't power on/wouldn't hold a charge fuck sprint i am currently in a lawsuit with sprint in this matter. the appstore is a joke u have to have a major credit card to buy apps ammount of space is bs 8gb=5.9gb

the keyboard isn't the best, but it is easy to get used too. I like to have a hard keybord than a touchscreen keyboard. Other than that the pre is the best. Sprint is also the best. Now to get every thing with unlimited min, it is only 69.99 compared to verizons 139.99. WOW!!! When people wake up sprint will be the best. GO SPRINT!!!

just a few corections to this video from being a palm pre user! for one the text edit you dont have to hit where u think its gonna be close... hold the orange button and slide your finger for better text editing. email app u can make landscape! there is also TONS of hacks out there for text fwd and roam only and change sms tones and tons more things! (look up root pre) if u need help just hit me up and i can help ya very easy

You can always go and play around with one at a Sprint store. I never bought a Palm device before and the Pre convinced me to switch to Sprint from AT&T. They just lowered the price of the phone and the unlimited everything plan just went down to $69.99 a month. So far I'm happy :)
