I feel as though its easier to paint an owl and make it look good instead of draw an owl and make it look good...The paintbrush strokes seem to make a more feather-like outcome that even the dullest and delicate pencil...I just suck at painting! Its really good though, I like it! I, personally, am horrible with colors...That's why I stick with a regular pencil and paper! XD
