like this you can put all favorite tunes on your harddisc and play them over vlc, or other players as you like.
where the freaking fuck do you find their LP anyway, in virgin record store? it must have been out of print for the last fiftheen years. respect GP instead but not being such a knobhead, let's all be friends here, yeah? :)
HIP HOP AND TITTIES!!!! Glad I got your attention - every1 - I draw massive inspiration from this type of music. Heads, PLEASE feel free to peep my beats/rap tracks on my channel. ANY feedback VERY MUCH appreciated!!! PEACE

I saw these guys in LA outside the club acting gay.Whatever happened to being a real man in the underground scene?Spitting rhymes is no excuse for acting gay.
this generations version of '90s hiphop', doesnt have the same energy, or edge of the real 90s hiphop, its too clean.
90s hiphop was truly a golden era for hiphop, and although we heard some pretty damn good imitations in the last 8yrs, its not truly come close to the greats: - Tribe called quest, Pharcyde, KMD, Pete Rock, Gangstarr, Common Sense, Kurious, the list goes on and on...
I feel you, people living the past and whatnot. Well Giant Panda and PUTS are similar and associate with one another, so yes their sound is the same in a way. Try listening to a french producer by the name of Dela, Blackalicious are good (the emcee Gift of Gab is raw), CYNE, Blu & Exile are different
It all came back in in early 2000, where there was a resurrection of the 90s alternative hiphop sound. And it spawned a plethora of groups like ive mentioned. But that was 9 years ago... And the same tracks are still coming out, and its starting to show its age.
PUTS thanks to Thes One, are still kicking it... But even there last 3 albums were practically the same..
This music is all good, but because ive been listening to hiphop for over the last 20 yrs, I much more picky these days....
All im saying is that i could give you a list of this generations alternative hiphop crews that all sound like this....
5-8yrs ago this sound was still sounding fresh... but now, cos theres so much out there, you have to discern between a plethora of largely forgettable tracks..
Groups like, Starving Artists Crew, Ugly Duckling, PUTS, Speech Defect, and Giant Panda, Time Machine.... They're all good, but they've all been pumpin out the same sounding shit for the last 8yrs now.
Everything... I wasnt hating, i just think alot of new alternative hip hop has come full circle and now sounds very samey... I still dig for old 90s hiphop that i still dont own.. But I listen to MF Doom, KMD, PUTS, Starving artists crew, Nujabes, Shinsight trio, Yaggfu front etc etc...
I just didnt like this track i thought it was boring... Sounds like so many others. Theres nothing stand out about it... But hey, that just my opinion. No doubt the geeks will give me some rage......
there are plenty of underground artists staying fresh with their style though. Aes Rock changes his style up like every album, i hardly ever heard El-P sounding the same album to album, same with Kool Keith, Heiruspecs and most of the artists signed to Rhymesayers are examples of artists who make the sounds of "alternative" hip hop very diverse, and of course Madlib needs no introduction.
I have the 1st album.. if you into you would have heard of them..
Like PUTS, Ugly Duckling, Speech defect, Starving artists crew... They all sound similar. But i have to say some of its boring now as it all sounds the same and aint too interesting...
Like this track id say is largely forgettable and blends into the background of other mostly forgetteble 90s wannabe hiphop tracks...

Mr. J Medeiros is pretty raw too.

Why is this tagged as crank dat, soulja boy, lil wayne, and 50 cent? What an insult to Giant Panda.
00suomynonA 3 years ago 35
Only way that this could get a lot of views, since barely no one knows who Giant Panda are.
ChicagoBalla 3 years ago 40
You'll get the wrong people watching this with those tags.. This ain´t gangsta, this is underground.
