Actually, under the US health care system, when I was younger I broke my leg. They took care of it for me at the local hospital and all I needed to do was show them proof that I mad under the poverty limit and they wrote off my bill. No kidding. Just because some one does not have insurance, does not mean they do not get treatment. Actually we have more medical services available in a more timely manor than anywhere else in the world. My broken leg did not cost me a dime either.
