It's a texture hack, you cant remove Physical things from a character!

Actually, You can, I've seen a texture where Ike's Cape and Bandana are removed.

they colored part of the bandana to to make it look lke his skin, and the back strips of it and teh cape werent removed they were made transparent. its complicated.

Also, a neat idea would have been to make his cape a Sega Saturn. Not a cape, but a real Sega Saturn attached to his back. A custom cape, like my Lloyd Irving.

There's a way to do it in Gimp. Also, I used Photoshop for some parts. It was impossible to do the cape in Gimp.
