Everything goes up, however this applies to all the goods that are a necessity. But what does it happens with the price of luxury watches for example?

well my dad ownes a jewelry store when gas is up gold and diamonds are up and when its down.. same situation... what happens in a economic crisis is people try selling the watches back and some still don't get affected and keep on buying... but right now even were the economy stands today, business is good.. i hope this helped pm me if anything..

robert85i, when the economy is in a slump, the truely rich are not effected. House prises in London, New York, Hong Kong etc have all fallen, except for those houses in the $20million plus bracket, they continue to rise as the demand is still there. The old saying "Rich getting richer, whilst the poor are getting poorer" is quite true today!!
