My school's theatre company is considering doing The Boy Friend for our main production next year. I've never seen it, but from all I've heard it seems like a wonderful show. I tend to be typecast in domineering, authoritative roles so there have already been jokes about me getting the part of Madame Dubonnet. I'm hoping that I might get a chance to flex my acting muscles though and get a different type of role if we end up doing this show.

They casted this with people whay to old! Tony and Bobby and all the teens are supposed to be around 16-17 and not look like they're 20's! Thats really stupid!
Yes because I tried to make my comment perfect so I could turn it into my English teacher as a grade, fucking dumb retard, and anyways they don't actually have to be 16 or 17 but at least look like it... you need to learn to think out of the box you dumb fuck, don't take things so literal!
I really want to see this!!! I have seen pictures of the original! I really want to know who played the characters in the original! I wish I could have seen it! Anyway I really want to see this! I love Sandy Duncan's version of Won't you charleston with me!
Thank you so much for uploading this! I was fortunate to be able to see this while it was touring, and this clip brought back a lot of good memories! Thank you again!
WOW. wow. and i thought my school's rendition of it was good. wow, the energy and choreography. bravo. would really love to see a remake of equal caliber.

Not as stupid as all of your grammatical errors.
Besides, I doubt they wanted to take a bunch of teenagers and their parents on a national tour.

Thanks for putting this up!
Sad that literally no-one can top Julie's performance of it on the JA Hour (since I obviously never saw the original) ;)
