I don't know if anyone remembers Fish TV, but it was a Christian music video show in the 90's that was broadcast on a public access channel called TV 50 here in Missouri. They showed most of this concert as part of a 1 hour special around the same year this video was released. Little Jackie was my favorite performance of the concert.
