  • can i control the djm 700 with 4 cdj 400

  • fuk J even your channel has comertial adds

  • nice video!

but the player is not on beat with the roll!!!!

  • wtf:S

  • WOW THIS IS AWESOME SKILLS

  • this guy is the nuts!! keep up the good work

  • i love the way he talks to the viewers like we know literally nothing... 126 DIVIDED BY TWO IS 63.... 63 PLUS 63 IS 126!

  • lol

  • @Fieldy63 I don't blame him, some people on YouTube know literally nothing.

  • Nice... really niceee!!! Thanks man!

  • Me want!

  • What is it about 126bpm? Is there something special about that number?

  • I mean there's a lot of things at that BMP and in some DAW's 126 is the default BPM (others are 120).

  • I think what you mean is why are a lot of songs like that. its just a general benchmark for electro/house/techno kind of songs to be that speed, no reason except it sounds good. trance is usually faster around 135-145 and hip-hop or dubstep slower like 100-110

  • Dubstep is still 130-140ish, it's just the main drum beat is in half time.

Anyway I dont mean they are "around" 126, I mean exactly 126.

  • its the original master tempo he broke it in half, he then moved it to another channel, and then her stated messing with the way it sounded its a fun way to start a night off if used smart and quickly, 126 is just the original master tempo, get what im saying?

  • So 126 was the default tempo of the player?

I still don't get why it's that number

  • no of the song, not the machine he is using that is how fast the somg goes it has 126 beats in a minute

  • 126 was the original bpm of the song, not the player

  • I know that argh people keep replying but still no answer to my question

  • well make your question clearer then!

  • That is special about 126bpm as opposed to 127 or 125bpm and why is it used as a default a lot of the time YES I KNOW ITS THE BPM OF THE SONG IN THE VIDEO THATS NOT WHAT IM ASKING

  • i don't know maybe its just a coinsidence? or maybe it has a certain nice sounding groove? theres no real standard bpm

  • Because any quicker or slower wouldn't sound optimal.. and keeping it on an even number is more conventional. I listen to house and electro and it's generally 128bpm or 130bpm. Notch a 128bpm track up to 132 and you'll notice it.

  • please talk about the Numark's Dj I/O

  • its a rip off for your money thats my advice...much better soundcards out there for the price...get a decent 2 output low latency soundcard and a good mixer!!

  • Hey Jon! Love The Vid's... Where can I get those vinyls for the cdj 800's?

  • pretty cool, do you know anything about the DJm-3000? im considering getting it and I need some more info on it. thanks

  • It's a pretty interesting effect, jon is just showing us how it works, and as some other previous posters said, the final result is a bit.. hmm, strange, but i'm sure something interesting could be made out of this with a track.

    But it's an interesting feature

  • yeah i saw it at mbl vegas in some video that u posted

  • i love you dj tutor but that sounded a bit shit, i def wont be pulling that trick in a club anytime soon :(

  • I TOTALY respect your comment! glad to see people speakeing how they feel! thanks j

  • u are so right man, think it's fun to play around with the effects but I wouldn't use this in a set. Sounds a little crap :-(

  • Come on man no need to get overly critical, he's just showing us a way to experiment and have fun ;)

  • i know dude, but if u read his coment above he said he respects it, also at the start of the coment i said i love dj tutor cos i do. hes shown me loads of cool stuff and new gadgets. it sound harsh but u have to admit there is a bit of truth in it.

if u read this dj tutor u know youve got my love.

    Peace.

  • Just stop, please

  • I'm sure this can be made to sound good with enough enough playing about and practice

  • Good clean fun!
