This is not good news at all. All animals deserve to live freely in the wild, unless they are in such a dire situation that they must be taken from it for medicinal reasons in the event of some disaster (e.g. like an oil spill).

I'm also concerned about what Seaworld are going to do when they lose Tilikum. They are having problems breeding orcas. Will that mean a return to taking killer whales from the wild? I'm not sure how they could ever get away with that, but I wouldn't put it past them.
