Read it again. This is Federal Law. The labor of a human being is NOT a commodity or article of commerce!! So why is your labor being taxed? Your right to earn a living through your own labor is just as much a right as freedom of speech and freedom of religion. So why is your labor being taxed at all. It is because the gov. knows you FEAR the IRS.
