i would say i have been coming to Pattaya for over 21 years and i tried many hotels/apartment but this one is the best for me right now as its so clean with nice staff and not far from everything but away from the noize... they just finished building it 3 months ago so its super new and clean.
just got back from a stay there spot on 10 out of 10
