@spongeboblover45 If it makes you feel any better, one of the main reasons a song like "Stupid Hoe" has so many views is because it's ridiculous and people show it to their friends because its scary and strange (I'm speaking from experience). A song like "Over You" connects with people, but not everyone, so it's playing to a smaller audience than a "catchy" pop song.

I went to Miranda's concert, the first one right after Blake's father's death. She told us she wanted to sing her new single (this) but she was unstable to sing it. She told us to go listen to it online and we would understand why she couldn't. Now that I listened to it, it breaks my heart. My prayers go out to her and Blake for the rough couple months.

@spongeboblover45 If it makes you feel any better, one of the main reasons a song like "Stupid Hoe" has so many views is because it's ridiculous and people show it to their friends because its scary and strange (I'm speaking from experience). A song like "Over You" connects with people, but not everyone, so it's playing to a smaller audience than a "catchy" pop song.

Though it makes me wanna cry every time I hear it. :'(

I'm a teen "these days" and I (along with many of my friends) can sing every word to almost ever country song that comes on my local radio country station and being from Texas love and respect country music more than any other genre, so please refrain from putting all of us under that "sucked into all this trash" stereotype.

This song totally breaks my heart....I've lost a lot of family members over the last 10+ years, and my best friend (she didn't die but just stopped talking to me), I miss them every day and wish I could spend one more day with all of them. Thank you Miranda and Blake for producing a beautiful song, and I am so sorry for your loss Blake, I can't imagine what you must be going through. =(

I went to Miranda's concert, the first one right after Blake's father's death. She told us she wanted to sing her new single (this) but she was unstable to sing it. She told us to go listen to it online and we would understand why she couldn't. Now that I listened to it, it breaks my heart. My prayers go out to her and Blake for the rough couple months.

I just lost my uncle last Friday and wanted a song for my family. I just heard this song on the radio today and instantly cried. He was the youngest for my mom's siblings. I also thought of my grandmother. It is such a tragedy for Blake as well. Bless Blake and Miranda and anyone who lost a loved one!

I love this song!!! It puts into words how I feel about my mom- She died almost 2 yrs ago and it hasnt gotten any easier- not in the slightest. I miss her more and more as every day passes :( Sorry for your loss Blake- but thank you for writing such a beautiful song!

I found this song last month and listened to it non stop for 3 days so I could sing it that Wednesday for karaoke. Never made it to Karaoke because my gram when to the ER and died the next day on the 29th. Now every time I sing this song, I sing it for her.
