The ambient light is not balanced and the girls head needs to turn more toward the camera so that the back eye is not cut off, otherwise nice video regardless! Professional? @dimiloeb n'est pas un montage!, si vous regardez attentivement, vous verrez le déclenchement du flash sur le softbox, et si vous saviez la photographie que vous devez savoir que l'utilisation de la vitesse d'obturation élevée, il obscurcit le fond.

@nametroubles Sure thing, but the question is, how many people out there actually print anything larger than 5x7, if they do print at all? I know that if you want to print large, you ought to shoot at high-res, however the technology progresses so fast that you may easily print large even from the G7 if the digital file has been treated properly with a sufficient amount of know-how and a proper software. I wanted to say that at the end of the day it's the skill that matters. Cheers ;)

@JIMIXPHOTO The G7 is actually a great camera and using it is a pleasure, and brings back memories of the Canonette. Certainly the physical resolution is sufficient to print 8x10x300ppi, however noise performance on smaller sensors is usually pretty poor even at below native ISO. With sufficient exposure, noise can be greatly reduced, and because the G7 permits raw files, ETTR is possible. There are drawbacks, still. I think even an entry level DSLR would outperform the G7 in most areas.

@nametroubles Well, of course it would, no doubt about that. I agree absolutely about the noise performance, although one has to bear in mind two important things, namely, that the noise itself may still be a desired element in some situations and can cater for some tastes, and that the visual perception of the noise is often supressed by the print itself. See, I work with a Noritsu 3202 digital lab and also make prints on Epson LF printers. The noise isn't always an important issue in print ;)

@meherna1 segun me acuerdo creo que estaba en 1/8, por la distancia entre el flash y la modelo normalmente entre 1.5-2 mts no paso de 1/4, voy subiendo conforme se va alejando el flash.

Solo lo deje con prioridad de apertura en el minimo (depende del zoom esta entre F2.8 a F4.8) y con ISO 100, lo bueno de esa camara es el flash sincroniza a cualquier velocidad de obturacion, a diferencia de las DSLR que no pueden sincronizar mas alla de 1/250 o 1/200

no, if you know the G7 (or any other canon camera), when you take a pic it show you the preview for about 3 secs, so i had to push the preview button (that's why you see her feet for a moment) and then I did a zoom of that preview

No es que se puedan hacer fotos profesionales puede haber un mejor balance de la luz al trabajar con tu flash con slava y hacer rellenos de luz mas suaves de todas maneras tiene esa camara sus limitaciones y claro solo cuando bajas las imagenes a tu ordenador en imagen ampliada veras que es lo que carece esa imagen. Pero por el precio esta bien. Linda chica.
