  • Here let me do the work for U again!Q.#3. AT ANY TIME WEDNESDAY OR WEDNESDAY NIGHT, WERE YOU IN ROBIN HOOD HILLS? "NO"Q.#5. WERE YOU PRESENT WHEN THOSE BOYS WERE KILLED? "NO" Q.#7. DID YOU KILL ANY OF THOSE THREE BOYS? "NO" Q.#9. DO YOU KNOW WHO KILLED THOSE THREE BOYS? "NO" Q.#10.DO YOU SUSPECT ANYONE OF HAVING KILLED THOSE THREE BOYS? "NO"IT IS THE OPINION OF THIS POLYGRAPH EXAMINER THAT THIS SUBJECT RECORDED SIGNIFICANT RESPONSES "INDICATIVE OF DECEPTION"

    CONCLUSION: DECEPTION INDICATED

  • Pure crap...defending these sick, twisted child killers, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • I"m an aussie and have followed this case since the start and the backwood police work by a mob of red recks who would know shit from clay

  • I knew from when I was real small people were gonna know who I was, I always had that feeling... I just never knew how they were gonna learn. I KIND OF ENJOY IT NOW BECAUSE EVEN AFTER I DIE, PEOPLE ARE GONNA REMEMBER ME FOREVER. PEOPLE ARE GONNA TALK ABOUT ME FOR YEARS. People in West Memphis will tell their kids stories... It'll be sorta like I'm the West Memphis boogie man. Little kids will be looking under their beds - "Damien" might be under there. He was right people are still talkin!

  • "the actual polygraph results for Damien mysteriously disappeared" So let me get this right, Evidence proving Damien was innocent mysteriously disappeared? They usually give you an opinion of "you passed or not". If they told me i passed, i would not stop talking about it-ever! Even thought it is inadmissible. Thats his best attention getter period. Whats wrong with doing one now? And if he failed would you accept it?

  • listen im not saying what to support but i wanna here arguements behind these people who took the stand and said that people in the wm3 admitted to it ,i mean wasnt it 2 girls that took the stand and said or one ,that said oh they heard someone say out of the 3 that he did it and he was picking more out or something ,why would they just lie? did these people recant ?

  • the supporters really seem to believe in the innocence ,well what about the people that said on the stand besides vicky hutchenson who recanted her testimony if im not mistaken, what about the others who said that there were confessions like the kid saying he said he sucked the blood and the girl or i think it was 2 girls who said they heard the killings admitted, whats your argument there, its not like these cops just set them up,sorry

  • @watdascrew Can you be absolutely, positive about your last statement?

  • i dont know what really happened im waiting to hear more ,why did the girls at the softball field say that ,why did carson say that ,whats going on,im not sure, theres alot of wm3 supporters,im very interested in this case, cause i do doubt their guilt

  • When you go to prison you have a lot of time to think about how to get out. And most find GOD.Ask a cop if he has ever arrested a guilty person? Not me, I'm innocent. If he is not guilty then he screwed himself by his comments. You need to PROVE they didn't do it! Damien Wayne Echols 05-10-1993 (deception indicated) on the lie detector. My life on the line i would be honest. I have been involved in some other cases through family. Johnny Gosch and Eugene Martin. Dad was a P.I. then and had ideas

  • @kidcool654 Jessie passed his poly, Jason never took a poly, and the actual polygraph results for Damien mysteriously disappeared (kinda like some of the best evidence pertaining to this case..wow...convenient). I can prove they didn't do it. There was dna found at the scene. It doesn't match the WM3. There was dna found on the penis of one of the victims. It doesn't match the WM3. I understand why you think they are guilty. Read more about it.

  • @322melissa Sorry, but I disagree. The burden of proof is on the State. The Defendants do NOT have to prove their innocence.

  • @212Pinky The burden is on the state in the event of a retrial; however, a lot more will be considered, such as Jessie's multiple confessions, if that happens.

  • @322melissa I've missed them, apparently. Please send me a link or the address.

  • @212Pinky I hope u r right. I don't think the State will admit they are wrong.

Hopefully they will get the death sentence off the table and time served. Sept 30th is only the hearing. They will still be locked up for years. I am a supporter and prayer everynight for them, but I am real.

  • Well, that makes no sense. Mark Byers said they started looking at 6:00, 6:30 in the second movie. And this DNA! Over and over! DNA is biological materiel. Byers was blamed for 10 years by the free the WM3 org. Never in a hundred years would I make light of 3 murders "Because I didn't think I would be convicted" WM3 Boogieman Echols words. He didn't think he would get caught either. Sorry it have to tell you this but they have lost. 18yr old botched evidence. Lie-detector test all three!!!!

  • @kidcool654 Maybe so, but they have a constitutional right to have a retrial. Especially since there is evidence that would have created reasonable doubt had the original juries known about it. DNA. Hairs. None of it belonging to your "WM Boogieman".

  • @322melissa Let's raise 3000$ to cover expenses for 3 lie detector tests. Unless Melissa wants to put up the cash? 3G's to save 3 lives should be easy! Right? Any takers? I mean if you can't get enough support to raise 3g's how can you be taken seriously? I'd believe a lie detector. How far will you support them? Right up until the cable bill? I have heard so much about this and would like to see the results. So I put the challenge to those who believe them innocent 5$ times 600! Want in?

  • Anyone who want to contribute to raise money for lie detector tests send me a comment. We will even take a vote on which tester to send. Even if we only raise a 1000$ that would be enough to test Echols. So it's time to put up. 100 believers are needed.I would get behind them if they could pass. Talk is cheap so if you REALLY want to help, get out your cash. 322melissa > you seem to really support them, wouldn't it be nice if yours was the first 5$? Or I'm afraid your cause will be lost.

  • Comment removed

  • @yellowrose011 Maybe you didn't get the memo, but if we raise the money and Damien passes his lie detector test, I'm on-board! But not a cent! If you passed a lie detector test would you ever stop telling people about it? NO! The police told them they failed? So whats wrong with a new one? Damien screwed himself by trying to be cool for T.V. and saying what he said. His lawyer, the judge, everyone involved with the case set them up? And 9/11 was an inside job. Put down the kool-aid, u drank!

  • @kidcool654 i don,t drink koolaid,i drink pepsi, damien pass a lie detector in 1993 check it out fool.they have terry hobbs DNA, tie into the rope that kill them boys, the only way that got there, was when he was killing them, and a part from 911 how dear you, bring that up,what kind of drugs you on,nobody will ever forget that day,so many people lost there lifes, how dear you , shove your money up your ass, they will raise the money ,bye fool, get a life DNA IS IN FOOL

  • @yellowrose011 I KIND OF ENJOY IT NOW BECAUSE EVEN AFTER I DIE, PEOPLE ARE GONNA REMEMBER ME FOREVER. PEOPLE ARE GONNA TALK ABOUT ME FOR YEARS. People in West Memphis will tell their kids stories... It'll be sorta like I'm the West Memphis boogie man! DOES THAY SOUND LIKE AN INNOCENT MAN TO YOU? Well when I said that I didn't thinjk I would be conviced, that's his excuse! HE WAS ONLY ON TRIL FOR MURDER THOUGH! Good time to make light of the situation? RIGHT? Would U have said that? HELL NO!

  • @yellowrose011 You are the fool! You want to let a convicted murder go free! Anyone who feels like YELLOW here send her a PM to raise cash! You won't raise a $ because all they want to do is talk! Spend tax $? YES! My $? NO! See I need proof to let a killer go! Got a copy of that lie detector test? No! The cops lost it. Ask a cop if he ever took a guilty man to jail? No, it wasn't me i'm innocent! HE PASSES I'M IN! Your one of the conspiracy nuts! Everyday cops railroad INNOCENT people. Right?

  • @yellowrose011 Your full of shit! Are you telling me you know police officers that send people to jail for crimes they didn't commit? And you say nothing! But now want to stand up for these guys? I dare you to provide one piece of evidence besides that DNA! Everyone else claims it was a set up! Not you! A mistake you say! Well officer surely you know a detector tester? Save a man's life and send him/her to the prison! To busy? Can't? No money? Excuses like the rest! You best is YOUTUBE!

  • @yellowrose011 #1 your not even in this country! #2 Echols is still in prison stupid! The DNA is from a family member. Come test my kid for my DNA. I consistently find my wife's blond hair on one of the! BIG SHOCKER! Echols execution date last I knew was scheduled for may 5th 2013! Now your dumb ass doesn't even know he's still in prison! MORON! The DNA belonging to terry hobbs has been in since 2007 and guess what? The judge agrees with me because Damien is STILL in prison! Now fuck off MORON!

  • @kidcool654 Why ignore the Jacoby hair? David Jacoby was not a family member of the boys. He has not been in contact with them. He had never been at the site where the hair was found. But he HAD been with Terry Hobbs the evening the boys were killed.

You have no ability to argue logically. And your circular reasoning and knee jerk insults are characteristic of people who cannot argue coherently because they simply have no factual basis for their wrong assertions.

  • @juliejazz "He had never been at the site where the hair was found"? My hair is in those woods does that make me the killer? NO! Maybe you will pay for that lie detector test? Let me know how it turns out. Melissa has made this video private because she can't face the fact that > Damien made light of a serious situation and now he's gonna die for that mistake< He took a test and failed! I'VE GOT IT! I'VE POSTED IT! How do you fail if you AREN'T guilty? I know because you are guilty. GOOD LUCK!

  • @yellowrose011 How many dollars have people sent you to help them get out? 0! See people like love to run their mouthes about this or that! If he was innocent you didn't sent a dollar to help prove his innocence! All you did was stop into youtube and talk shit! I honestly tried to help get support to prove their innocence 3 months ago! But all they want to do is talk! You know why? Because he would fail! AGAIN!

  • @kidcool654 Echols already took a lie detector test and failed with flying colors. Look it up, it's available out there. He murdered and mutilated the children.

  • @CrusaderEmber yea but they swear he didn't! Still not a dollar raised so I guess talk is cheap especially when they want to spend taxpayer dollars to retry them. When it's their money the subject dies!

  • @ pretty @7pretty7 Right. But Stevie and Chris were last seen on bikes near Robin Hood woods at 7pm. That was after the alleged sighting of Hobbs calling the boys back to the house. Also, the Clarks said that only Stevie had a bike and Jamie Ballard said she told Ryan about seeing his brother the next day at school...Well, not sure how she did that seeing as how Ryan did not go to school the next day (see Brit Smith's statement).

  • Sorry, But these people trying to get these 3 off have already proven themselves wrong. First the swore it was Mark Byers. WRONG! He passed a lie detector test. Not to mention the fact he has a mental illness. So lets follow him. NOT! New DNA evidence. Let's think about the job the cops did. THEY BLEW IT! The defense admits it until the so call DNA works in their favor, then they swear by it. A parents hair on his son "big shocker". You are already at 50% with your guesses so STOP GUESSING!!

  • @kidcool654 You're assuming that everyone who thinks the boys were murdered by someone other than the WM3 thinks Terry Hobbs is guilty. That's not remotely true. Additionally, do you have an explanation for the foreign DNA found on Steve Branch's penis which does not match the victims OR the WM3??

  • THE WM3 DID IT. THEY ARE GUILTY.

Show's over; move along. Let those three murderous pieces of shit rot in peace.

  • @enigma19833 And you are basing this claim on what? The missing "failed" polygraph taken by Echols? Jason's ridiculous confessions where he claims a boy was choked with a stick and all the boys were raped (neither of which ever happened)? I'd ask if it were based on Jessie's poly, but after that was analyzed a second time it was said that he passed. Even though a man whose IQ is 72 shouldn't be polygraphed in the first place. Please tell me why you think they are guilty. I'm listening.

  • Good observations about Terry Hobbs, dacutetinkerbell, but the boys were actually last seen closer to 7pm. Chris Wahl stated he saw them. (paradiselost3 com)

  • @322melissa They were seen by neighbors at 6-6:30.

  • Evidence the West Memphis 3 were guilty

One of the 3 confessed. Echols and Baldwin both told others they committed the murders. Echols was seen near the crime scene with muddy clothes. Clothing fibers and a knife connected them to the crime.

real legal case evidence, not from blogs and

opinions - if the blogs were right, the 3 would be out of jail

google "West Memphis 3 confession, witness corroboration, physical evidence"

  • This information is misleading. If you want to learn more about the case you should visit our discussion forum, paradiselost3 com

  • You need to read a little more about this topic. I don't know if they are guilty or not. I do know that the interrogation of Jessi was not handled properly and his confession mimics that of false and coerced confession.

As for the evidence that you speak of

The two girls, who testified about Echols (NOT BALDWIN) telling them that he has killed the three boys, later recanted saying they lied.

Is was never confirmed that Echols was seen near the site.

  • That's what I'm saying. More evidence points to Hobbs than the WM3, so why are they in prison and not him, they at least deserve a fair trial something they never got!

  • The clothing fibers where only found to be consistent with fibers found in his home. This means that if you owned a piece of clothing of the same color and material as the fiber found it would also match your shirt.

For example say the fiber was black and 100% cotton if you owned a shirt made of 100% cotton that was the same shade then the fiber would be consistent with your shirt.

  • As for the knife--- There was NO physical evidence liking the knife to the victims or to the boys in jails. further more the coroner stated that the wounds on the victims could have been made my that knife but he could not say for certain.

  • Also the only DNA or physical evidence found at the scene does not match any of the three in jail. It matches Terry Hobbs a victims step dad and his friend who he was with the night of the murders.

  • Basically we are to believe that the two hairs found, one in the knot tying up Michael Moore (Terry's hair) and another found on a tree stump at the crime scene ( Terry's friend), was there because of transfer. Despite the fact that Terry stated he had not seen the boys all day and both men stated they had not been to the crime scene.

  • If Terry is telling the truth then these two hairs were casually transferred to the boys over 24 hours prior to them being killed and stayed on the boys their whole day at school, after school, and through out their horrible deaths, yet their suspected teenage killers left no physical evidence during a murder committed in at the very least a dimly lit area if not in the dark.

  • Some interesting things I found:

    1. There original coroner's report stated time of death around 1 am.

    2. Terry Hobbs and his friend went looking for the missing boys but he did not call his wife to say her son was missing. He did not even tell her until he picked her up from work.

    3. Terry Hobbs as well as the other parents were never even questioned by police. Family is usually the first you talk to in order to eliminate them or at very least gain information.

  • @DaCuteTinkerbell ..You sound like you know what you are talking about because you KNOW the facts. Some people come on here and blab without even knowing what they are talking about. such as, the person above Mel... peace..Pretty

  • 4. During the first trial there were witnesses that placed Jessi Misskelly at his home around 7pm. The boys were last seen at 6 or 630 no way the murders would have been that quick. Expert states it would take at least two hours which would have put the murders taking place during or right before the search.

    3. The area where the boys were found was also searched that night and no one saw anything until 1pm the next day.

  • @stop child molesters IS STOPRITUALABUSE and TVMAN28 is the SAME STUPID POSTER with no knowledge of this case. Has he even read the evidence? NO

  • Assistant Attorney General Standridge continues:

"I saw no error in the trials of the cases and the Arkansas Supreme Court unanimously affirmed their convictions and sentences (Echols also sought review of his case by the Supreme Court of the United States-that review was denied). Had Echols not received the death penalty I have serious doubts as to whether theses cases would have seen the light of day in the press, much less have received the nationwide publicity that they have received..."

  • The WM3 have lost every appeal.

    see:

Damien Wayne ECHOLS v. STATE of Arkansas CR 99-1060 2003

Assistant Attorney General Brent Standridge at saline(dot)com has replied to the bloggers supporting the WM3 stating "I had the benefit of reading all of the transcripts of the proceedings and have read all of the appellate decisions regarding the cases."

  • If you are on Facebook, please join the group "Stop Burnett and Fogleman!". These two cannot be allowed to be put in higher positions of power. That would allow them to continue blocking the WM3's progress.

  • The authorities, judge included, should be put in jail for murder if Damien Echols gets lethal injection knowing he is innocent but they are too proud to admit they were wrong.

  • Great video melissa! It must be a horrible thing, for people to BELIEVE;you would commit such,a heinous crime,as this - but what would be worse is to KNOW,the actual killer is FREE and no one else CARES!That they/he could kill again and YOU are helpless and can do - NOTHING to stop them/him!Because you are locked up,facing death - for a crime you didn't commit!!The Ultimate miscarriage of justice!FREE THE ''WEST MEMPHIS 3''!Catch the REAL murderer(s)!

  • simply awesome!
