Interesting video though a little unrealistic. Smoking does not lead to mental health decay nor bad eating habits. Correlation does not imply causation. It can lead to deteriorating health but it all depends on the person. My great grandfather died in his sleep of natural causes at the age of 102 and had smoked hand rolled cigarettes for 90 years. He also walked a mile every day until the day before he died.

Now, I am not trying to say it is not bad for you but the video is a little unrealistic. Mental health decay and bad eating habits come from the person them-self, not the cigarettes. It is an underlying condition which smoking might aggravate. I myself smoke and have for 28 years. I also suffer severe chronic depression and one thing cigarettes do is increase the amount of free dopamine in the brain. Dopamine is a brain chemical that produces feelings of well-being.

As it stands it's a pretty good video, but a little confused at times, I guess the dialogue would have helped that. And that one edit DOES kinda make it look like you burned through 20 Marlboros in one go, which is OUCH even for a hardened chain smoker!

best advice - not to even try, most people saying that they smoke just ocasionaly start smokin for real sooner or later. After a few years most of the smokers understand that is bad habit and tries to quit, but thats quite harder than to start. If someone saying they dont wanna quit u know it just not the time, most smoking people I know they wanna quit, maybe 10 percent are content with smoking. So one of BEST advices in your life is - NOT EVEN TRY... believe me I also thought I will not smoke

I only just saw your comment, I know it was 6 months ago, but I felt I should point out that cigarettes ARE a drug. Or more accurately they CONTAIN a drug.

Nicotine is an addictive drug, the same as cocaine or heroin are addictive drugs. Tobacco may currently be legal, but smokers are still drug addicts, just the same.

Great film and subject, tobacco/nicotine is one of the most addictive and dangerous drugs there is yet it is still legal, makes allot of sense...NOT! BTW your home and neighborhood are great, do you know what year it was built? I like the bow windows, gives you a sort of lookout vantage point on the entire street and a great place to sit at your comp and watch the world go by.
