We all know that's garbage, but that's the law. Heroin is used in hospitals in the U.K. ("Diamorphine"), and Marijuana DOES have legitimate medical use.

Similarly, Cocaine is a schedule 2 drug, meaning it has medical uses.

The law is not based in logic, it is based in politics.
