This has to be one of Dior's most fabulous collections. I think John did an EXCELLENT interpretation of the 60s .. I've always loved looking at old magazines from that decade, the hippie movement with their colour and brilliance (yes, this is a superficial look at them)... and I fell in love with voluminous hair the minute I saw it. John pulls it together stunningly with his prints and shapes.. and the makeup is beyond words, Fantastic collection - my absolute favourite!

I couldn't agree more. The 'mod' styles of the 1960's are some of my favorites in fashion. And who better than John Galliano to design out-of-this-world stunning visual creations? This collection is probably my favorite. He goes beyond...above and beyond, and Pat McGrath never ceases to amaze. Her makeup skills are phenomenal.

One reason i always loved Dior was because of their ability to make clothes Artistic, not commercial. I would never WEAR Dior, but i aways loved watching their shows.

I adored the hair and make up. Hated the prints on some of the dresses, although very in touch with the whole sixties theme. But generally, didn't much like the color's or most the shapes of the garments. I couldn't personally relate to any of the clothes to actually see myself wearing them unfortunately.
