There is technically no such thing as "heat lightning". It's just distant thunderstorms that are too far away for the sound to reach your ears. The other option would be sprites but it looks too low to be that. I was say a distant thunderstorm.

It's just cloud to cloud lightning that's really far away, that's why you can't hear it.

Heat lightning is really the atmosphere's reflection of lightning from a storm below the horizon. This is only a storm several miles away.
