  • about an hour at 250 on the top rack if you try some ive been doing them a little different put 1/2 clove garlic in the middle of the shroom and then onion on one side and red bell pepper on the other they are awesome like that

    You should get some MSG, try it with meat. If there is an asian market anywhere near you, they'll have it.  It's dirt cheap, a dollar's worth should last you years. You shouldn't use too much.

  • Looks fuckin awesome!!! Good thing i saw this video before the stuffed deer video. I made those mushrooms and they turned out awesome!!!!!!!!!! How long did it take to cook at 225? I also agree about the temp gauge, them things when mounted on top aint worth a shit!

  • we cooked the ribs for about 8 hours at 225 to 250 right in that area and the mushrooms are absolutley one of the best appetizers in the whole world how come you didnt like the deer meat man that is one good meal!!

  • well i like both of them but personnally i would take the beef ribs like what we got in the video you really got to get a smoker and try it out it kicks the shit out of anything you will ever get in a restaurant i will have more videos on different kinds of stuff coming up keep the comments comin it will give me the drive to keep postin them
